Council's Mapping System: We have moved from Intramaps to our new Geographical Information System (GIS) AlpineMaps (Esri). Access to the old GIS system Intramaps will be turned off in January 2025 and the data stored within Intramaps will not been maintained.

June Ordinary Council Meeting Outcomes

The 2024/25 Budget, offsetting greenhouse gas emissions, the Bright Rod Run designation of restriction and Community Engagement Policy were on the agenda at Alpine Shire Council's Ordinary Meeting earlier this week.

At the meeting, Council:

> Noted a contract approved under deleration by the CEO;

> Endorsed the nomination of four projects for delivery with funding allocated under the Australian Government's Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Phase 4 Fund;

> Committed to purchasing Greenfleet offsets for the 2022/23 residual emissions;

> Considered written submissions to the Draft 2024/25 Budget;

> Declared the Dinner Plain Special Rate (2024/25);

> Declared the rates and charges for the 2024/25 financial year;

> Adopted the 2024/25 Budget;

> Approved the implementation of alcohol restrictions in the Bright town centre and Pioneer Park during the operation of the Bright Rod Run event;

> Adopted the Community Engagement Policy

> Received and noted the unconfirmed minutes of the Audit and Risk Committee
