To ensure the meeting runs smoothly and remains within a reasonable timeframe, all public questions must be submitted in advance.

Council will not be taking questions from the floor on the night. Instead, anyone wishing to submit a question must do so by 5pm on Monday prior to the meeting.

Council's Chief Executive Officer, Will Jeremy, encouraged those with questions to ensure they submit them before the deadline.

“We understand there is strong community interest in this topic, and we want to make sure we can respond to questions in an organised and fair manner,” he said.

“The best way to ensure your voice is heard is to submit your question by 5pm on Monday. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept any questions on the night.”

Questions can be submitted via info@alpineshire.vic.gov.au.

You can submit a maximum of two written Questions on Notice to be answered during the meeting, and questions must relate to a topic on the Council Meeting agenda.
