Easter holidays fun at Alpine Shire Libraries!

Families looking for fun and creative activities these school holidays can head to their library, with a fantastic line-up of free workshops and crafts for kids of all ages.

From sand art and rock creations to felt finger puppets and wildflower pompoms, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.  

Activities will run across Mount Beauty, Myrtleford, and Bright libraries between 8 April and 17 April, catering to different age groups. 

Mount Beauty Library: 

  • Felt Finger Puppets (Ages 5+) – Tues 8 April, 10:30-11:30am 

  • Tea Light Candles (Ages 4+) – Thurs 10 April, 10:30-11:30am 

  • Rock Creations (Ages 4+) – Tues 15 April, 10:30-11:30am 

  • Wildflower Pompoms (Ages 12+) – Thurs 17 April, 10:30-11:30am 

Myrtleford Library: 

  • Sand Art (Ages 5+) – Wed 9 April, 10:30-11:30am 

  • Bingo Boards (Ages 13+) – Thurs 10 April, 1:30-2:30pm 

  • Manifestation Boards (Ages 13+) – Mon 14 April, 11:00am-12:30pm 

  • Scratch Board Craft (Ages 5+) – Wed 16 April, 10:30-11:30am 

Bright Library: 

  • Sand Art (Ages 5+) – Thurs 10 April, 10:30-11:30am

  • Jellyfish Mobiles (Ages 5+) – Tues 15 April, 11:00am-12:00pm
