Myrtleford will welcome around 2,000 cyclists as part of the Great Vic Bike Ride on Sunday, 24 November, with riders staying overnight at the Myrtleford Recreation Reserve before departing the following day.
While no road closures will be in place, motorists are urged to be cautious and allow extra time for travel, as an increased number of cyclists will be on the roads. Delays are expected, and drivers are reminded to share the road safely.

Cyclists will travel from Yackandandah to Myrtleford via Myrtleford-Yackandandah Road.
Riders are expected to arrive at the Myrtleford Recreation Reserve from 12 noon.
Monday, 25 November 2024
Cyclists will depart Myrtleford for Wangaratta via Prince Street and the Great Alpine Road.
Riders are expected to leave the Myrtleford Recreation Reserve between 6.30am and 8.30am.
