  • Certificate 4 or tertiary qualification recognised by the Australian Library and Information Association with relevant experience in public library operations, service delivery excellence and library management systems OR a minimum of 5 years related experience.
  • Proficiency in preparing, monitoring and working to a budget.
  • Ability to coordinate a team including managing rosters, timesheets, leave applications and staff performance and adherence to Council policies and procedures.
  • Proactive in ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all staff.
  • Technology skills including proficiency with MS Office and other business applications.
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Certificate 4 or tertiary qualification recognised by the Australian Library and Information Association with relevant experience in public library operations, service delivery excellence and library management systems OR a minimum of 5 years related experience.
  • Proficiency in preparing, monitoring and working to a budget.
