Residents, ratepayers, and community members are invited to shape the future of the Alpine Shire by joining Alpine Shire Council's Community Panel.
The Community Panel will support the development of the Council Plan 2025-29 and Community Vision 2040 by learning about Council operations to determine priorities for these vital strategic documents.
Council aims for the Panel to be diverse as possible and encourage people of all backgrounds, ages, genders, and experiences to apply.
A diverse Panel will help to reflect a broad range of priorities from across the region and create a comprehensive Plan for the future of the Alpine Shire.
Panel members will be required to attend several workshops between December 2024 and January 2025. Workshops will be held at various locations and times to best accommodate the varied schedules of the members.
Panel members must be aged 18 years or older and must be a resident or ratepayer to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Community Panel.
