Camp Street closure for tree maintenance

The works, aimed at ensuring the health and safety of the area’s trees, will necessitate a temporary road closure from approximately 7.30am to 3pm. 

The maintenance includes crown lifting both trees along Camp Street, as their canopies have begun to encroach onto the road and footpath. In addition to lifting the canopies, Council crews will also be removing any deadwood and defective branches throughout the tree canopies. 

The road closure is necessary to carry out these works safely and efficiently. We encourage residents and visitors to plan accordingly and appreciate your cooperation during this time.
