Alpine Planning Scheme Amendment C26 on exhibition

COUNCIL has prepared Amendment C26 to the Alpine Planning Scheme and is seeking submissions from anyone who may be affected.

The land affected by the amendment is Lot 1, LP 132735, 16 Buckland Street, Tawonga South.

The amendment proposes to rezone the land from the Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ) to the Residential 1 Zone (R1Z).

The amendment, along with documents that support the amendment and the explanatory report about the amendment, is available to view online here or in hard copy, free of charge, during office hours at the Council Offices, Great Alpine Road, Bright, or Customer Service centres at Myrtleford and Mount Beauty libraries.
